This year we’re honoring Cinco de Mayo with artwork inspired by Danza de los Quetzales (the Dance of the Quetzals) – a traditional Mexican folk dance originating from Puebla, Mexico.
The dance imitates the Quetzal bird, with performers dressed in feathery crests representing the sacred Quetzal bird and balancing a large bright headdress on their head.
So grab your loved ones and head into your local GYG this May 5th to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with some delicious Burritos and a $3 Corona or Frozen Margarita!
