But this month we think there is a particularly special reason to celebrate, on September 16 it’s NATIONAL GUACAMOLE DAY!!! Yes, that’s right, a whole day to celebrate turning fresh and delicious avocados into beautiful Guacamole!

Once you do win all that guacamole, why not find out how we make GYG guac taste so amazing! We start every day with fresh avocados (trays and trays of them!!!), slice them and clear out those seeds and get mashing! We then add all the amazing flavours from our freshly made Pico De Gallo including Roma tomatoes, coriander, Spanish onion and a little dash of lemon juice, diced jalapenos and salt. It’s as simple as that, fresh, clean and mighty delicious.
